But first I would like to share my story with you and tell you why I created this weight loss blog. My name is Ann and I never had a problem with my weight until I became thirty. One very important point that I would like to make about my 3 tips is that it is so important when starting a new eating plan to be organised. What I mean is that plan your shopping list well in advance and know what food you will be eating each day. A meal planner is a great way of stopping you from straying off course and start back into your old habits.
